The Ministry of National Education published a statement on Monday detailing the preparations and organizational measures put in place to ensure the smooth running of the baccalaureate exam, 2026 session.
In this context, the ministry announces that “examination centers will be open to candidates from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. for morning exams, instead of 7:30 a.m., and from 1:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for afternoon exams, instead of 2:00 p.m.”
The statement also specifies that “the schedule of tests remains unchanged”, thus putting an end to any speculation regarding a possible change in the times or scheduling of the exams.
Furthermore, the ministry reminds candidates of their obligation “to respect the rules in force within the examination centers.” In this regard, it emphasizes “the need to hand over mobile phones and any electronic communication or data storage and retrieval devices to the members of the reception team upon entering the examination center,” in order to avoid the penalties provided for in the event of non-compliance with these regulations.
Finally, the Ministry of National Education calls on all candidates “to demonstrate discipline and responsibility.” It urges them to “respect these organizational measures and the rules applied in the examination centers,” in order to guarantee “the smooth running of the exams in a climate of calm, discipline, transparency, and equal opportunity for all candidates.”
