Why the Three Together
The three organizations map cleanly onto the registrar/enrollment-services function in each of the three USMCA countries — each is the national home for the people who manage admissions, records, and credentials in their system. AACRAO brings deep expertise in credential evaluation and registrarial standards, ARUCC contributes transcript and student-records data-exchange infrastructure, and ARSEE offers on-the-ground experience in enrollment and student-services administration across Mexican institutions. Together, the three cover the full lifecycle of a student moving between the United States, Canada, and Mexico — from credential recognition, to records exchange, to program facilitation — giving a natural, ready-made basis for a trinational alliance focused on North American student and credential mobility.
