Dr. Wendolyn Davis is the Executive Director of Pathway Alignment at Chattanooga State Community College. In this cabinet-level role, she focuses on creating seamless transitions, career-aligned academic programs, and effective pathways to high-demand, family-sustainable-wage careers.
Before joining Chattanooga State in June 2023, Dr. Davis served as Director of the Undergraduate Admissions Transfer Center at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Assistant Director of Transfer Student Services at Central Michigan University and Education and Training Specialist at Grand Rapids Community College.
An active leader in the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), she is a current Board of Director’s Vice President at Large, serves as the chair of the Human Resource amd Compensation Committee, and is a member of the Transfer and Articulation Committee. Her extensive leadership history includes past chair of the Black Caucus and past president of MACRAO. In recognition of her lasting contributions to enrollment management, AACRAO honored her with the prestigious Thomas A. Bilger Award.
Dr. Davis holds a PhD in Organization and Management, an MBA in Human ResourceManagement, a BS in Psychology, and an associate degree.
