Sherry Phillips

Sherry Phillip is the Director of Records and Registration/Registrar and has worked at Montgomery County Community College since 2006 in various enrollment service capacities. In her role as Director of Records and Registration/Registrar, she oversees student registration policies, procedures, and the management of the College’s academic records, among other responsibilities. Also, she serves as the FERPA Officer for the institution. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Millersville University and a Master of Science degree in Education specializing in Enrollment Management from Capella University.
