Shea Heagle

Shea Heagle is a higher education enrollment management professional with experience in recruitment, admissions, student success, and strategic outreach within health sciences education. She currently serves as Director of Recruitment at Western University of Health Sciences, where she leads recruitment strategy, outreach initiatives, territory management, partnerships, and event planning for the university’s academic programs.

Her work focuses on creating student-centered enrollment strategies, strengthening engagement across the enrollment funnel, and developing innovative outreach approaches that expand access and support institutional growth. Shea is passionate about helping mature her current Enrollment Management division into a more strategic, collaborative, and growth-minded operation that drives both enrollment outcomes and student success.

Shea earned a Master of Science in Educational Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Human Development from the University of La Verne.
