Noel Quinones has nearly a decade of experience across community college and four-year higher education settings in strategic enrollment management, outreach and recruitment, visitor and transition programs, marketing and communications, and assessment. He currently serves at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), as an Assistant Director of College Access and Transitions, where he leads integrated enrollment communications, campus tours and visit programs, and academic-specific yield initiatives designed to support prospective and admitted students throughout the enrollment process. Prior to his work at CSUF, Noel held roles across student affairs and enrollment services at Colorado State University (CSU) and Chaffey College, where he supported academic recovery initiatives, college access programs, residential education, and student transition services for historically underserved student populations.
Noel is committed to a career in strategic enrollment management, and his work centers on developing data-informed strategies that strengthen student engagement, access, and enrollment outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with academic and student affairs partners. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Community College Leadership. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication Studies from CSUF and a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from CSU.
