Natalee M. Erb, M.Ed., is the Director of the First-year Experience for Residential Colleges at Vanderbilt University. She also serves as an executive leadership team member for the national Residential College Society. She has over a decade of experience in residential education, new student orientation and transition, and event planning, with a focus on bridging academic and student affairs and generating opportunities for faculty-student engagement beyond the classroom.
