Sergio Linares Pérez is President of the Board of Directors of the Asociación de
Responsables de Servicios Escolares y Estudiantiles (ARSEE) for the 2025–2027
term and serves as Managing Director of Registrar’s Office at the Universidad de
las Américas Puebla (UDLAP), Mexico. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Systems Engineering, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from UDLAP,
a Diploma in School Management from Universidad Anáhuac, and a Doctorate in
Administration from Universidad La Salle Mexico City.
With more than twenty-five years of professional experience in higher education,
he has held leadership positions in academic administration, school services, and
educational regulation. His previous roles include Director General of Higher
Education at the Ministry of Education of the State of Puebla and Director General
of School Management at UDLAP Jenkins Graduate School.
Throughout his career, Dr. Linares has specialized in school administration,
educational regulations, process improvement, and digital transformation in higher
education institutions. His work has focused on the modernization of academic and
administrative processes through the implementation of digital tools and business
intelligence solutions.
In addition to his administrative responsibilities, he teaches undergraduate and
graduate courses in areas related to educational processes, strategic
management, and information technologies. He has also designed and delivered
workshops and presentations on leadership, innovation, and transformation in
school services for universities and professional associations across Mexico.
