Matt Smith is the Registrar at Ensign College in Salt Lake City, where he oversees student records and registration. He transitioned to higher education in 2021 after eight years of teaching at the secondary level. In addition to his work in the registrar’s office, he works on the instructional design team, which produces content for campus, online, and prison education students.
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University and both a master’s and doctoral degree from Northern Arizona University.
