Marisa Modeski

Marisa Modeski is University Registrar at Western University, where she provides leadership at the intersection of student success, institutional strategy, global engagement, and organizational transformation. Known for combining empathy with a future-focused approach to leadership, she has led complex change initiatives spanning strategic enrollment management, admissions, registrarial operations, systems, internationalization, and institutional integration. A passionate advocate for the registrarial profession, Marisa has worked in Canadian higher education for nearly 25 years. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, examining the relationship between student readiness and the long-term financial sustainability of Canadian universities.
