Amanda (Mandy) Shoaf Morrison is the Senior Evaluator for Research and Knowledge Management at Scholaro, Inc., serves on the TAICEP Standards & Quality Committee as the lead of the Francophone Africa Research Project, and serves on the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) Standards and Publications Committee. She earned her BA degree in Geography from Appalachian State University and her MEd degree in Higher Education Administration from Columbia College, SC. She is a Francophone specialist, with several previous TAICEP and AACRAO presentations on Francophone Africa and research. She is an active contributor to the monthly AICE credential forum and the TAICEP Gaggle listserv and is the 2026 recipient of the IERF Sepmeyer Award for Excellence in Credentials Evaluation Research.
