Laurie K. Barrow, MBA, MHRM, is a results-driven admissions and enrollment management professional with extensive experience in program management, marketing, sales, training, and recruitment. Most recently, she completed AACRAO’s Strategic Enrollment Management Endorsement Program and is now currently enrolled in AACRAO’s ASCEND Leadership Program.
Over her career, Laurie has successfully led teams, streamlined operations, and exceeded departmental goals across various educational institutions. Before starting her career in higher education in 2002, she spent 6 years working in mental health/social work and additional years in general sales and marketing. Laurie’s effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and innovative strategies have consistently delivered outstanding results in both the education and human services sectors.
Laurie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Muhlenberg College in 1993, followed by an MBA in 2006 and a master’s in human resource management in 2009, both from Keller Graduate School of Management. She hopes to begin working towards her doctorate degree in the next few years.
