Laurie K. Barrow, MBA, MHRM, is a seasoned enrollment management leader with more than 15 years of progressive experience in undergraduate and graduate admissions, recruitment strategy, and student success. She currently serves as Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management at Community College of Philadelphia, where she leads comprehensive enrollment strategy, CRM optimization, and cross-divisional collaboration to improve access, efficiency, and outcomes.

Throughout her career, Laurie has driven measurable enrollment growth, including a 25% increase in undergraduate enrollment at Harrisburg University and a 389% increase in open house attendance at CCP through data-informed recruitment strategies. She is a Slate SuperUser with deep expertise in enrollment analytics, team development, and operational effectiveness.

Laurie holds both an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resource Management and is actively advancing her leadership through AACRAO’s Strategic Enrollment Management Endorsement Program. She plans to begin working on her doctoral degree in the next few years.
