Kelsey Haney

Kelsey Haney is the Director of Financial Aid at Central Washington University, where she focuses on student persistence, access, and improving the student experience through collaborative and student-centered support. Her work combines financial aid administration, compliance, and strategic enrollment efforts to help remove barriers and better support students from enrollment through graduation.

She is passionate about systems thinking, process improvement, and meeting students where they are. Kelsey works closely with campus partners to improve communication, strengthen processes, and create practical solutions that support both students and staff while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that thoughtful policies, proactive support, and strong collaboration can create lasting impact for both current and future generations of students.
