Keiron Green, BBA, MSc, is Director of Institutional Research at the University of The Bahamas, where he has served for more than seven years. He received his Master of Science in Data Science from the University of West Florida and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of The Bahamas. His work applies data science methods to institutional effectiveness in higher education, including institutional reporting, accreditation support, and data-informed enrolment planning. He is a member of the Association for Institutional Research and has co-authored articles in the International Journal of Bahamian Studies. His current research interests include predictive modelling for student retention, enrolment forecasting, and graduate outcomes and labor market alignment
