Janelle Brekke

Janelle Brekke serves as the CPL Counselor for the MAP Initiative at California Community Colleges. As a counselor, she is passionate in providing comprehensive guidance to students, helping them navigate educational paths, and championing their success. From facilitating credit for prior learning initiatives to counseling working adults and veterans and playing a key role in institutional effectiveness projects, she brings a multifaceted perspective to education. She assists colleges with developing an articulation process and the transcription of credit for prior learning.
