James Goldberg is a principal in the Washington, DC law firm of Goldberg & Associates, PLLC. His practice focuses on representing trade associations, professional societies and other types of nonprofit organizations providing advice on issues such as governance, taxation and contract review and management. He is outside counsel to AACRAO. Jim received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and his law degree from The George Washington University.
