J.T. Allen is the Founder, President, and CEO of myFootpath. He has more than two decades of experience in higher education. With a focus on adult learners, he has helped dozens of college clients find, enroll, and retain thousands of students. For many years, he ran myFootpath’s 100-seat call center in Chicago’s West Loop, where he deployed a variety of technologies and campaigns to generate inquiries, grow application numbers, survey alumni, and recruit students. Allen works with clients to build processes that are cost-effective and sustainable. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan and previously held business analyst roles with Ernst & Young.
