Ethan Webster is a higher education administrator and enrollment services leader currently serving as Registrar at Baruch College. With more than a decade of experience across public and private institutions, he has led operational modernization efforts focused on student success, policy clarity, technology integration, and organizational effectiveness within the registrar and enrollment management space.
At Baruch College, Ethan oversees registrar operations including registration, academic scheduling, graduation, and student records. He has led major initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, modernize academic processing, and implement data-informed strategies that enhance service delivery and reduce administrative barriers for students and faculty.
Prior to joining Baruch, Ethan held registrar and financial aid leadership roles at Pacific College of Health and Science and the University of Utah. He also brings experience in international education through his work supporting international student populations. His background spans enrollment management, financial aid, academic policy, student systems, and institutional governance.
Ethan is particularly interested in organizational culture, collaboration, and building registrar operations that are both student-centered and strategically aligned with institutional goals. He regularly presents through AACRAO on topics including office modernization, collaboration, and change management.
He earned a Master of Legal Studies from the S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Urban Planning from the University of Utah.
