Dr. Erin Blake is a higher education administrator and student affairs leader with extensive experience in enrollment management, academic operations, and student support services within the community college system. She currently serves as Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs at River Parishes Community College, where she oversees areas including admissions, financial aid, registrar services, accessibility services, TRIO programs, Title IX, student engagement, and library services.
Dr. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Education in Secondary Mathematics Education from Louisiana State University, as well as a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Development from Northwestern State University.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Dr. Blake has led initiatives focused on student success, strategic enrollment growth, degree completion, and operational efficiency. Her professional expertise includes student affairs administration, policy development, strategic planning, compliance, and cross-functional leadership within higher education.
