Paola Yvette Meza Garza is an educational leader and organizational development
specialist with more than 20 years of experience driving strategic transformation, talent
development, business growth, and stakeholder engagement. She currently serves as
Dean of Admissions and University Registrar at Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM),
leading services for high school, undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, medical specialty, and
nursing school.


Throughout her career, Paola has successfully led organizational transformation initiatives
focused on enhancing both the student experience and employee experience, aligning
institutional processes with strategic objectives while fostering innovation and sustainable
change.


Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Outreach and Continuing Education
at UDEM, where she redesigned the university’s corporate engagement model,
established strategic partnerships with leading organizations, and developed talent
solutions that strengthened employability outcomes and expanded continuing education
programs. She also led institutional projects related to the future graduate profile and the
integration of transversal competencies across the curriculum.
Paola holds an Executive Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.), a Master of Science in
Education (M.S.Ed.) from the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s in organizational
development, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from UDEM. She is
recognized for her expertise in organizational development, leadership, talent
development, strategic partnerships, and change management.


An active member of professional and academic associations, she has served on the
board of ERIAC Capital Humano and National Association of Colleges and
Employers (NACE), currently on the ARSEE Executive Board. She is passionate about
continuous learning, human-centered leadership, and creating meaningful impact through
education and organizational excellence.
