Dr. Darran A. Fernandez

Darran Fernandez is the University Registrar at McMaster University and Chair of the Association of Registrars of Universities and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC), which owns a national digital credentials wallet, MyCreds®. He holds a doctorate from Western University focused on systems thinking, human‑centred design, and organizational change, examining how identity and service culture shape the learner experience. He brings more than 20 years of sector leadership to advancing equitable, modern, and learner‑centred service ecosystems.
