Colleen Harms

Colleen R. Harms is the Associate Registrar of Student and Academic Services at the University of Minnesota. She is the current President-Elect for UMACRAO, having previously served as the organization’s Corporate Liaison Chair. Since 2021, Colleen has been an active contributor to AACRAO’s work in advancing the higher education profession. Her involvement includes committee service, writing for AACRAO Connect, and appearing on the For the Record podcast. As the current AACRAO Chair of the Professional and Staff Development Committee, she focuses on supporting colleagues in their career paths and helping new leaders find their footing in the field. Colleen holds a BA from Simmons University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.
