Hodal has nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, beginning at the University of British Columbia and now at McMaster University. Her work spans scheduling, student services, and admissions, including system implementation, enrolment projections and yield, and leading changes that streamline processes and enhance the student experience through a strong SEM focus. She remains student-focused while embracing SEM and adapting to ongoing sector change.
