Brian has nearly 30 years of experience in higher education. He leads enrollment and retention initiatives with a student-focused approach. A former IACRAO president, he holds degrees in Business and Communication, combining strategic leadership with a deep commitment to student success. Brian serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment and Retention Management at the University of Illinois Springfield.
