Ben serves as a Senior Admissions Recruiter at the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (ARCOM), where he is committed to guiding prospective students toward compassionate, service-driven careers in medicine. He has more than 20 years of experience in education, with a strong foundation as a classroom teacher and a nonprofit leader.
Throughout his career, Ben has demonstrated a longstanding passion for advocacy, particularly on behalf of individuals and communities who are often overlooked or underserved, including individuals with limited access to education. This commitment informs his work in admissions, where he seeks to support and encourage future physicians who are called to serve diverse and medically underserved populations.
Ben holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and maintains multiple teaching certifications. His background in education and nonprofit leadership equips him with a relational and purpose-driven approach to student engagement and recruitment.”
