Andy Green serves as Dean of Student Services at Gadsden State Community College, where he provides leadership across key student-facing areas including enrollment services, admissions and records, financial aid, advising, testing services, student life, housing, and athletics. With a career focused on student access, operational excellence, and institutional collaboration, he works to strengthen processes that support recruitment, retention, and student success.

Green is actively engaged in statewide and national professional organizations and has held leadership roles with SACRAO, the Alabama Banner Users Group, and the Alabama ACT Council. He has also presented at professional conferences on topics related to commencement, enrollment strategy, student onboarding, leadership, and employee engagement. Known for his practical, student-centered approach, he emphasizes clear communication, strategic planning, team development, and meaningful partnerships. His work reflects a commitment to building stronger systems, supporting employees, expanding opportunity, and helping students and communities thrive.

In addition to his higher education leadership, Green serves as a city council member in Jacksonville, Alabama, reflecting his commitment to public service, civic engagement, and community development.
