Andrew Popelka

Andrew Popelka serves as Associate Director of Client Services at the Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute (ACEI). Based in the Greater Chicagoland Area, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Linguistics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. With extensive experience in international education and international credential evaluation, Andrew brings expertise in assessing foreign academic credentials, interpreting international education systems, and determining U.S. educational equivalencies. In addition to his credential evaluation work, he leads ACEI’s outreach and partnership initiatives, collaborating with schools, universities, professional licensing boards, employers, and other organizations across the United States to advance international educational exchange and build lasting institutional relationships.
