Amber Hare

Amber Hare has more than 20 years of experience in community college administration spanning student records, enrollment services, academic advising, transfer pathways, veteran services, athletics, and student success initiatives. Throughout her career at Edison State Community College, she has served in several leadership roles including Director of Career Pathways Advising, Coordinator of Veteran Services, and Interim Assistant Director of Athletics. She currently serves as Registrar, overseeing registration and student records operations, curriculum and catalog processes, degree auditing, compliance reporting, commencement, and institutional policy administration. Amber is a graduate of the OACC Leadership Academy for Student Success and has served in institutional and regional leadership roles focused on retention, student success, and strategic collaboration. She earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Tiffin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Bluffton University.
