The Peer Mentor Coordinator oversees the AACRAO Peer Mentor program, including:
- Managing the online community
- Hosting monthly lunch and learns
- Creating asynchronous resource materials
They work closely with the Community and Volunteer Manager at AACRAO to empower AACRAO members to build their professional network.
Qualifications
- Current or previous AACRAO membership and involvement.
- Experience in the registrar, admissions, and/or enrollment management office.
- Experience with mentoring programs
