Bryce Lee, a doctoral student at Grand Canyon University, requests your response to this survey for his dissertation on “Work-Life Balance as a Predictor of Job Satisfaction.”
The study will explore work-life balance as a predictor of job satisfaction in collegiate enrollment and registrar professionals.
Eligibility: You need to be a current employee in the admissions or registrar offices of a college or university.
Your Participation: You are asked to take 15-30 minutes to complete an online survey. This survey will contain an informed consent document, demographic questionnaire, and two surveys that measure work-life balance and job satisfaction. The demographic
questions are optional, but the informed consent along with the two surveys will need to be completed.
Incentives: There is no compensation for participating in this study. However, I am offering a raffle for one of four $50 Amazon gift cards for participants who choose to enter. I will notify winners by email.
