Enrollment Projections: The Pig in the Python
This week, we interviewed presenters from our upcoming SEM Conference in Los Angeles, CA
Alan Sack and Luke Schultheis of Virginia Commonwealth University needed to find a way to appropriately project new and continuing students during one-time surges in incoming freshmen. Through the ‘pig and the python’ enrollment projection metaphor, Schultheis and Sack were able to easily communicate resource demand increases and decreases to faculty, space and other support services.
