Although most institutions use relationship constituent management (CRM) solutions, many colleges and universities aren’t using CRM to its fullest potential, according to the 2014-2015 State of CRM in Higher Education. The report, jointly issued by AACRAO and Hobsons, is based on the the results of a survey of more than 600 enrollment management and admissions professionals and explores the impact of constituent relationship management solutions (CRM) on institutional effectiveness in the industry.
