Dear Readers,
Being productive isn’t just about output. I believe thoughtful work moves something ahead, just as the Latin “producere” to “lead forth” describes. If you have a shared system or common foundation or “bottom” to build upon, you can reach outside siloes or comfort zones. Our cross-institutional colleagues demonstrate this expansion through guiding principles and spaces for working together, and we see positive results, not just outputs. You can feel the impacts on community culture in addition to monitoring changes in standard operating metrics.
The collective gains are real—more learners supported, clearer pathways for people to thrive, systems that drive progress—and moving in the right direction.
