Admissions professionals and registrars are frequently on the front lines, fielding complex questions from military-affiliated learners who have completed rigorous military training. These learners often experience deep frustration when they do not receive academic credit for the knowledge and skills acquired during their service, as echoed during the recent military learner panel.
