The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) on Monday issued a slightly revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for participation in its Voluntary Education Programs. The new agreement (MOU-Change 3) includes the addition of a paragraph header and pushes back the signing deadline. All institutions interested in participating the Tuition Assistance (TA) Program must sign the updated DoD MOU (revised July 7 version) by 11:59 p.m. EST on September 5, 2014.
If an institution has already submitted and signed the MOU-Change 2 (released on May 23, 2014), that institution will need to submit an additional certification statement acknowledging that it has reviewed and accepted the MOU-Change 3.
