Marketing to prospective students used to entail a couple of printed brochures, a website, and some emails. If only that were still the case today. In today’s world, the ways to market your institution to prospective students are a never-ending cycle of one form of media or app after another. This means that your office has to be able to adapt to meet the needs of sharing accurate and timely information with prospective students and their families.

Our October AACRAO Collective Gathering is a collaborative opportunity to learn and share marketing techniques that others are using as everyone finds new and creative ways to tell your institution’s story. This is an open discussion for AACRAO members to join and share ideas and strategies so that we can all find ways to connect with prospective students.

Discussion Questions

  • What are the marketing challenges that your office is currently facing?
  • Which forms of marketing are you utilizing to reach students? Print, web, social, email, etc.?
  • Do you handle your marketing internally or externally?
  • Do you have an overarching goal that ties everything together, or is there a cohesive strategy at all?
  • How do you utilize current students in your marketing goals?

Advanced registration is required to receive a Zoom link to attend.
