The Federal Trade Commission is seeking documents from DeVry Education Group Inc. relating to the for-profit provider of higher education’s “advertising, marketing, or sale of secondary or postsecondary educational products or services or educational accreditation products” during the last five years, the company said on Tuesday in a corporate filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
