AACRAO joined numerous other higher education organizations in sending a letter to the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate Appropriations Committees, urging lawmakers to increase support for higher education and research funding.
“At a time of increased global competition, eliminating funding for the very programs that build our workforce and drive innovation does not make sense,” the groups state in the letter.
