One of the most prolific American storytellers of all time, Garrison Keillor is a writer and humorist best known for his popular live radio variety show, A Prairie Home Companion, which attracts more than 4 million listeners on more than 600 public radio stations each week.

Recently featured in the HBO documentary The Trans List, Nicole Maines shares her journey as a transgender woman with an identical twin brother, and how her family continues to work together to support the transgender community. She and her father, Wayne Maines, will examine some of the pitfalls and the successes that occurred during their family’s journey, her college search and enrollment, in order to provide insight to create a positive and successful climate for transgender youth in pursuit of higher education.

A native of San Francisco, Glover attended San Francisco State College and trained at the Black Actors’ Workshop of the American Conservatory Theatre. He has garnered rave reviews for his roles in “The Color Purple,” “Dreamgirls,” “Grand Canyon,” “To Sleep With Anger” and the “Lethal Weapon” series.

Felix Justice studied theater in both San Francisco and New York. His one-man Martin Luther King, Jr., show, “Prophecy in America,” premiered in 1981 at San Francisco’s Lorraine Hansberry Theatre and subsequently toured throughout the United States and Africa.
