Dr. Rodney Parks, Registrar and Assistant to the Provost at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina, and Jesse Parrish, Financial Manager in the Department of Architectural Science at Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario and previously the Assistant Registrar for Communications at Elon University co-authored an article in AACRAO’s March 2018 College & University Journal. The article titled "Workspace: The Final Frontier" focuses on Elon’s Office of the Registrar. The article describes the challenges that many students faced with how the office was set up until the 2000s, and discusses how changes in the office’s physical and spatial organization improved the student experience and created a collaborative work environment for staff.
