After working in the automotive industry for over seven years, Loida left in pursuit of her passion for education. Her career began in graduate admissions where she learned about the fascinating and complex world of foreign credential evaluations. Loida enjoys the research and intricate details that shape foreign credential evaluations such as educational structures, political influence and cultural trends. As an advocate for higher education she thrives in the realm of student services, specifically in recruitment, where she can interact with students from diverse backgrounds and encourage them to invest in their education. Loida has a B.A. in Spanish, an M.A. in Cultural Studies, and is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
