Dr. Somanita Kheang is an Assistant Professor of Educational Studies and Co-Director of the EdD in Adult and Community Education at Teachers College, Ball State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development from North Carolina State University (2023) and her Ed.D. in Instructional Leadership from Lindenwood University (2018). Her research applies andragogy, transformative learning, and the impostor phenomenon to explore adult learning experiences and satisfaction in postsecondary education. She has examined these frameworks with nontraditional and international students from diverse educational, cultural, and professional backgrounds in higher education.
