Briana Roades

Briana Roades is the Associate Director of UF Online within the University of Florida’s Office of Teaching and Technology, where she leads initiatives that advance student success, belonging and community, and academic operations and curriculum across the university’s fully online undergraduate programs.

With more than a decade of experience in higher education, Roades brings a strong background in enrollment management, online education, and student engagement. Before transitioning to her current role, she served as Associate Director of UF Online Enrollment Services, overseeing recruitment, admissions, and outreach efforts that expanded access to a top-ranked online education for students across the globe.

In her current capacity, Roades collaborates with academic colleges and campus partners to enhance the online student experience, streamline academic program management, and foster a sense of connection within the Gator Nation—no matter where students are learning from.

Roades holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Central Florida and a graduate certificate in public administration. She is also a proud alum of the AACRAO ASCEND Leadership Development Program for Strategic Enrollment Management (Cohort 5).
