TY - JOUR AB - With a looming enrollment crisis, colleges must explore new efforts for developing strategic and sustainable partnerships that support institutional advancement. As such, Kent State University (KSU) partnered with three regional, two-year institutions developing high-impact pathways to expand upon the transfer student experience and success rates. These transfer specific activities and opportunities were crafted to explore additional degree pathway opportunities with scalable transfer programs and services to increase access and success. As a large, multi-campus regional system, KSU leveraged these relationships to support its own institutional goals, while also ensuring the new regional collaborations provided value to these partners in a mutually beneficial way.
