TY - JOUR AB - The number of Idaho high school students earning college credit through participation in dual credit courses has risen dramatically over the last decade. This study aimed to investigate whether the sense of belonging among dual credit students influenced their choice to pursue higher education opportunities. The study took place at a small community college situated in a rural region (4) of Idaho and used a qualitative, phenomenological approach. The findings shed light on the critical role of students' sense of belonging and its impact on their transitions to postsecondary education.
