AB - Using a case study approach, this paper recommends a SEM project management system for organizing and maintaining SEM implementations and maintenance. Through the practical application of SEM concepts to an active SEM implementation plan, the author applies a model of a project management methodology. First, an institutional profile along with an explanation of the SEM journey is discussed. Second, Scrum project management methodology—the inspiration for the proposed SEM project management tool—is introduced. Third, a suggested plan for future adaptation is provided. Results showed that a project management system can mitigate some of the chaos that accompanies an institutional shift in identity.
