About the Job


AACRAO is currently looking to select the next Program Committee Coordinator for Group 1: Admissions and Enrollment Management. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience as a Professional Activities Committee (PAC) chair or experience with state and regional leadership. There are seven Program Committee Coordinators, each representing one of the seven groups. They help the Program Committee Chair solicit, review, and select session proposals. Applicant Acknowledgements
The PC coordinator role will commence in conjunction with the 2024 Annual Meeting for a period of 3 years. By checking yes you are acknowledging and agreeing to the length of service.
Coordinators are expected to be in attendance at the Annual Meeting (held in March or April) and Leadership Meeting (held in June) during their service years. By checking yes you are acknowledging and agreeing to the expectation of attendance at these meetings during the term of service.
Coordinators will be trained on and expected to champion AACRAO’s digital platform, OpenWater, for program planning. By checking yes you are acknowledging and agreeing to the statement.
