POSITION SUMMARY

The AACRAO Board Finance, Investments, and Audit Committee (FI&A) is requesting a volunteer to serve in the role of Member-at-Large. Active voting members of AACRAO are encouraged to apply for this non-compensated role.

The Member-at-Large provides strategic insight on matters relating to the annual financial statement audit, the annual IRS form 990, and AACRAO’s investment portfolio. The Member-at-Large is involved with requests for proposals (RFP) and the review of proposals generated by any RFPs.

The expected time commitment would be a 60 to 90-minute monthly video call with the FI&A Committee. This position is a three-year term (May 2023-May 2026).

Length of Term: 3 years (May 2023 – May 2026)
