Hotel Policies
Reservation Deposit
All reservation requests require a valid credit card as a guarantee or a one night deposit. For those not paying with a credit card, a personal check or a money order will be needed for the deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
Deadline for Cancellations
For a full refund, reservations must be canceled three working days (72 hours) prior to your arrival, and you must obtain a cancellation number from the hotel. If a cancellation occurs after this deadline, a processing fee of one night’s room and tax will be imposed on each reservation cancelled.
Early Departure Fee
In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee. To avoid the fee, advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in departure date.
