Online registrations must be entered by 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.
All changes, substitutions, and cancellations must be made in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. No penalty will be incurred if the substitute is an individual working at the same institution as the original
registrant. Membership status will be verified and additional fees assessed as appropriate. Email cancellation and substitution requests to email@example.com.
Conference and Workshop refund request timelines:
- Refund requests received on or before Monday, September 20, 2021 will be granted at 50% of the registration/workshop fee(s)
- Cancellations received after September 20, 2021 will not be eligible for a refund
- Substitutions may be requested in writing through September 20, 2021
- No-shows will not receive refunds of any fees paid.
